What We Do
- Prepaid mobile recharges across all major Indian operators.
- Postpaid mobile, DTH, electricity, broadband and other utility bill payments.
- Paybeez Points — a non-monetary service credit you buy once and redeem many times for services on the Platform. Paybeez Points are not money, not e-money, not a bank account and not a payment instrument; they cannot be transferred to other users and can never be paid out to a bank account, UPI handle or card.
- Real-time transaction status, instant receipts and clear refund flows.

Paybeez is built and operated by BILLWING ESOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U62013DL2024OPC436610), incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, headquartered in Delhi, India.
Trust & Compliance
- Paybeez Points purchases are processed via licensed Payment Aggregators / PCI-DSS certified gateways.
- Recharges are routed through licensed upstream aggregators in real time.
- KYC/AML controls aligned with the PMLA, 2002 and our payment partners’ onboarding requirements. Paybeez does not issue prepaid payment instruments — Paybeez Points are a non-monetary service credit redeemable only for services on the Platform.
- Data handling aligned with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- All client-server communication is encrypted with TLS 1.3.
