What We Do
- Prepaid mobile recharges across all major Indian operators.
- Postpaid mobile, DTH, electricity, broadband and other utility bill payments.
- A closed-loop top-up wallet that lets you load once and pay many times for services on the Platform. The Paybeez Wallet is not real money, is not a bank account, is not transferable to other users, and is not withdrawable to bank/UPI/card — think of it as recharge points.
- Real-time transaction status, instant receipts and clear refund flows.

Paybeez is built and operated by BILLWING ESOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U62013DL2024OPC436610), incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, headquartered in Delhi, India.
Trust & Compliance
- Wallet top-ups are processed via licensed Payment Aggregators / PCI-DSS certified gateways.
- Recharges are routed through licensed upstream aggregators in real time.
- KYC/AML aligned with RBI Master Directions on Prepaid Payment Instruments and PMLA, 2002.
- Data handling aligned with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- All client-server communication is encrypted with TLS 1.3.
