1. Recharges and Bill Payments
- Recharges and bill payments are submitted to the operator/biller in real time. Once submitted, they cannot be cancelled by you or by us.
- If the operator returns FAILURE, the redemption is automatically reversed and the Paybeez Points are credited back to your Points balance — see the Refund Policy.
- You may cancel a transaction in the review / confirmation step, before submitting it to the operator. After confirmation, no cancellation is possible.
2. Buying Paybeez Points
- You may close the payment window at the gateway before completing payment to abandon the Paybeez Points purchase.
- Once the gateway captures the payment and the Paybeez Points are credited, the purchase is final and cannot be cancelled or reversed to your bank. The Points remain in your Points balance for redemption against recharges and bill payments. Please refer to the Refund Policy for the limited cases in which a source-side refund is possible.
- Paybeez Points are a non-monetary, single-purpose service credit — they cannot be transferred to other users and can never be paid out to a bank account, UPI handle or card. Buy only the number of Points you intend to redeem for services on the Platform.
3. Account Cancellation / Closure
- You may close your Paybeez account at any time by writing to support@paybeez.in from your registered email/mobile.
- Closure is subject to KYC verification, settlement of any pending obligations, and statutory record-retention requirements.
- Any unused Paybeez Points lapse and are cancelled on account closure. Paybeez Points have no monetary value, so no amount is payable to you in money, to a bank account, to a UPI handle or to a card on closure. If you wish to use your remaining Points, redeem them against services before requesting closure.
4. Subscription / Recurring Plans
Paybeez does not currently offer auto-renewing subscriptions. If introduced, cancellation terms specific to that subscription will be disclosed at sign-up and apply alongside this policy.
5. Service Suspension by Paybeez
We may cancel or refuse a transaction at our discretion if we reasonably suspect fraud, violation of our Terms, or breach of law / regulator direction. In such cases, any Paybeez Points redeemed will be credited back to your Points balance.
