1. Recharges and Bill Payments
- Recharges and bill payments are submitted to the operator/biller in real time. Once submitted, they cannot be cancelled by you or by us.
- If the operator returns FAILURE, the debit is auto-refunded to your Paybeez wallet — see the Refund Policy.
- You may cancel a transaction in the review / confirmation step, before submitting it to the operator. After confirmation, no cancellation is possible.
2. Wallet Add-Money
- You may close the payment window at the gateway before completing payment to abandon the top-up.
- Once the gateway captures the payment and the wallet is credited, the top-up cannot be cancelled or reversed back to your bank account. The amount stays in your Paybeez Wallet for use on recharges and bill payments. Please refer to the Refund Policy for the limited cases in which a source-side refund is possible.
- The Paybeez Wallet is a closed-loop top-up balance — it is not transferable to other users and not withdrawable to a bank, UPI or card. Add only what you intend to spend on the Platform.
3. Account Cancellation / Closure
- You may close your Paybeez account at any time by writing to support@paybeez.in from your registered email/mobile.
- Closure is subject to KYC verification, settlement of any pending obligations, and statutory record-retention requirements.
- Any residual wallet balance, after deduction of legitimate dues, will be refunded to a verified bank account / UPI handle within 7–10 working days.
4. Subscription / Recurring Plans
Paybeez does not currently offer auto-renewing subscriptions. If introduced, cancellation terms specific to that subscription will be disclosed at sign-up and apply alongside this policy.
5. Service Suspension by Paybeez
We may cancel or refuse a transaction at our discretion if we reasonably suspect fraud, violation of our Terms, or breach of law / regulator direction. In such cases, the wallet debit (if any) will be reversed.
