Shipping & Delivery Policy

Paybeez is a fully digital platform. We do not ship any physical product. This policy explains how digital services are delivered.

1. Nature of Delivery

All services on Paybeez — mobile recharges, DTH recharges, postpaid and utility bill payments, wallet top-ups — are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. No shipping address is collected for transactions.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Wallet top-ups: credited to your Paybeez wallet within seconds of successful payment confirmation by the gateway. Maximum: 30 minutes (else auto-refund per the Refund Policy).
  • Recharges & bill payments: typically completed by the operator within 30 seconds. Some operators may take up to 4 hours due to operator-side queues. Status is updated in your transaction history once the operator responds.
  • Receipts & transaction notifications: sent immediately via in-app notification, email and/or SMS where applicable.

3. Delivery Confirmation

For every transaction, an order ID is generated and is visible in your transaction history. The status (PROCESSING, SUCCESS, FAILED, REFUNDED) reflects the latest response from the operator/biller. The operator’s reference number (where shared) is also displayed.

4. Delivery Failures

If a recharge or bill payment fails after the wallet has been debited, the amount is automatically refunded to your wallet — see the Refund Policy.
